Is Video Face Swap Allowed on OnlyFans, Fanvue and Fansly? The Rules in 2026

Is video face swap allowed on OnlyFans, Fanvue and Fansly? Each platform's October 2026 rule, quoted from its own pages, and what to check before you post.

Article summary
  • OnlyFans allows a face-swapped video only if it clearly features the verified creator and carries a label such as #ai or #AIGenerated. A persona's face or somebody else's face does not qualify.
  • Fanvue allows face-swapped content, but you must verify the real model behind the AI, disclose the AI clearly, and not show a real person other than the account owner.
  • Fansly bans photorealistic AI content and names face-swapped content in that ban. Labelling it as AI does not make it allowed.
  • MYM allows labelled AI content, and a deepfake only with the depicted person's written permission.

The platforms do not agree. OnlyFans allows a face-swapped video only when it clearly shows the verified creator and is labelled as AI. Fanvue allows face swaps if the real model behind the AI is verified. Fansly bans photorealistic face-swapped content outright, labelled or not.

Every rule below is quoted from the platform’s own pages, read on 5 October 2026. For OnlyFans that means the Terms of Use last updated October 2026, the Acceptable Use Policy last updated September 2025, and the Help Centre. Policies change, so check the linked pages before you post.

The short answer

Platform Face-swapped video The condition that matters
OnlyFans Allowed only of the verified creator The video clearly features the verified creator, carries #ai or #AIGenerated, and is not so altered that it stops looking like you
Fanvue Allowed Verify the real model behind the AI, disclose the AI clearly, and show no real person other than the account owner
MYM Allowed with labels Label it “Virtual Image”, #AI or #AIgenerated; a deepfake needs written permission from the person shown
Fansly Not allowed when photorealistic Labelling it as AI does not make it permissible

OnlyFans: only your own face, labelled

OnlyFans has no standalone AI policy. The rules sit in its Terms of Use, its Acceptable Use Policy and its Help Centre. Four of them decide whether a face-swapped video can go up.

The AI clause in the October 2026 Terms

The Terms of Use set three conditions for any AI content, and a face swap is AI content because it is “altered” by AI:

AI Generated Content: You can only share Content that has been generated, altered, or enhanced by artificial intelligence (“AI Generated Content”) if: it clearly features the verified Creator; a User can clearly tell that the Content is AI Generated Content with a signifier such as #ai, or #AIGenerated; and it is in keeping with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

The first condition is the one that changed in October 2026. Earlier versions of the Terms only asked for a label. Now the video has to clearly feature the person who passed OnlyFans’ identity checks for the account.

The Help Centre article Can I post AI content on OnlyFans? opens with the same idea: “All content posted on OnlyFans must belong to a verified Creator.”

What OnlyFans removes

The Help Centre’s content moderation guide lists content you cannot share. Two items hit face swaps directly. You cannot share content if it:

features a creator whose identity we cannot verify, including accounts or content that are wholly AI-generated, or features heavily altered images

and if it:

is sexually explicit and includes a person who is not the verified creator and has not confirmed their age, identity, or consent

The Acceptable Use Policy prohibits:

Any explicit image of another person without their consent including an artificially generated image.

What this means for a face swap on OnlyFans

  • Your face on your own video or on a clip you generated of yourself: fits, with #ai or #AIGenerated in the caption.
  • Your AI persona’s face on any video: does not fit. The persona is not the verified creator.
  • Your face on another performer’s body: does not fit. The body belongs to a person who is not the verified creator and has not been verified for your account.
  • Somebody else’s face: does not fit without their consent, and the person still has to be verified through OnlyFans’ own process.
  • A swap so heavy that the result no longer looks like you: risky. The Help Centre names “heavily altered images” among removals.

The full set of OnlyFans clauses is quoted on our OnlyFans AI content policy page.

Fanvue: allowed, with a verified real model

Fanvue is the most open of the four. Its help article Is AI content allowed on Fanvue? says:

While we do allow fully AI-generated content on the platform, we also allow content that is deepfaked/face-swapped however, you MUST verify the real model behind the AI.

The same article sets the rest of the conditions:

  • Disclose it. The disclosure “must be clear and prominent” and “may be displayed on the profile bio, content caption, or as a watermark on the media itself.”
  • No other real person. “AI-generated media uploaded to Fanvue must not be of a real person other than the account owner.”
  • Moderation. Content must pass Fanvue’s “Reasonable Person’s Test”, run by three or more moderators.

Fanvue also explains which category a face-swapped model falls into. Its article What is an AI-Generated model? says: “If your model’s body is of a real person, even if the face is AI, this model is classed as a real model and must be verified as such.” So a persona face swapped onto your own filmed body makes you a real model in Fanvue’s eyes, and you go through its identity checks.

For anyone else who appears in your content, Fanvue’s Creator Terms add a consent rule in section 1.4:

If you upload Content featuring another person, you must comply with the Co-Authored Content Policy, including verifying their age and obtaining documented consent for their appearance and use of likeness.

MYM: labelled, and written permission for a deepfake

MYM allows AI content with a label. Its AI content guide says you must tell subscribers the content is AI “by indicating “Virtual Image” in the description or using the hashtags #AI or #AIgenerated“. MYM applies an “AI profile” badge to accounts made of AI content.

On face swaps of real people it is explicit: “You are allowed to use deepfake techniques only if: You have written permission from the person being deepfaked”. It also warns that publishing a sexual deepfake without meeting its conditions risks “imprisonment and fines.”

Fansly: photorealistic face swaps are banned

Fansly is the strictest. Its help article on AI-generated content states:

Photorealistic AI-generated content is not allowed on Fansly. Additionally, labeling content as AI-generated does not make photorealistic or lifelike AI content permissible.

It names face swaps in the list of prohibited content:

photorealistic or lifelike content that is substantially generated or created through artificial intelligence, including deepfakes, face-swapped content, or synthetic media designed to appear as real humans

A photorealistic face-swapped video should not go on Fansly, whoever the face belongs to. Fansly accepts only non-photorealistic virtual personas, and the person behind them still registers with their real legal details.

What is never allowed, on any platform

Before you post: a checklist

  1. Whose face is it? On OnlyFans, it has to be yours. On Fanvue and MYM, yours or your labelled AI persona’s.
  2. Whose video is it? Yours, filmed by you or generated by you.
  3. Which platform? OnlyFans for videos of you. Fanvue or MYM for an AI persona. Not Fansly for anything photorealistic.
  4. Is it labelled? #ai or #AIGenerated on OnlyFans, a clear disclosure on Fanvue, “Virtual Image” or #AI on MYM.
  5. Is anyone else involved? Keep their written consent where you can produce it, and verify them through the platform’s own process.

How this applies to FansCreator

AI video face swap in FansCreator follows the same consent rule as the platforms. The face has to be your own, your own AI persona’s, or that of a person whose consent you hold and can prove. Anything else is prohibited by the FansCreator Terms of Use and gets the account closed.

Which of those faces you can then post depends on the platform, as the table above shows. FansCreator does not post for you. You download the video and publish it yourself, so the label and the choice of platform stay with you. For the practical side, see how to keep one face across AI video clips, and for the wider platform comparison, OnlyFans vs Fanvue vs Fansly.

Frequently asked questions

Can I post a face swap video on OnlyFans?

Only if the result clearly features you, the verified creator, carries a signifier such as #ai or #AIGenerated, and follows the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. The Help Centre also lists content that features heavily altered images among the things it removes.

Can I put my AI persona's face on a video for OnlyFans?

No. A persona's face is not the verified creator, so the video fails the first condition of the October 2026 AI clause. The Help Centre lists accounts or content that are wholly AI-generated among removals. Fanvue and MYM accept AI personas with clear labels.

Does Fanvue allow face swap videos?

Yes. Fanvue's AI policy allows deepfaked or face-swapped content, but you must verify the real model behind the AI and disclose the AI clearly in the bio, the caption or a watermark. If the body in the video belongs to a real person, Fanvue treats the model as a real model that must pass verification.

Is face swap allowed on Fansly if I label it?

No. Fansly says photorealistic AI-generated content is not allowed and that labelling content as AI-generated does not make it permissible. Its rule names face-swapped content directly.
