The video you swap onto has to be yours as well. Where you can post the result depends on the platform. OnlyFans: only your own face, as the verified creator, labeled #ai or #AIGenerated. A persona's face does not clearly feature you, and the OnlyFans Help Centre lists content that "features heavily altered images" as content you cannot share. Fanvue allows face swaps if you verify the real model behind the AI. MYM allows a deepfake of a real person only with that person's written permission.
