Whose face you can swap
Allowed: the face of your own AI persona, your own face, and the face of a person who has given you consent that you can prove. Not allowed: anyone else. Putting a real person's face into sexual content without their consent is prohibited by our Terms of Use, is criminal in a growing number of countries, and gets the account closed. Any picture of someone underage, or made to appear so, is blocked outright.
The picture you swap onto has to be yours as well. Where you can post the result depends on the platform. OnlyFans: only your own face, as the verified creator, labeled #ai or #AIGenerated. A persona's face does not clearly feature you, and the OnlyFans Help Centre lists content that "features heavily altered images" as content you cannot share. Fanvue allows face swaps if you verify the real model behind the AI. MYM allows a deepfake of a real person only with that person's written permission.
