OnlyFans AI Content Policy (2026): What's Allowed

OnlyFans has no standalone "AI policy" document. The rules are spread across its Terms of Use, its Acceptable Use Policy and its Help Centre. This page pulls the exact clauses together, quotes them word for word, and says what they mean for what you can post.
The rules changed in the Terms of Use last updated October 2026. AI content now has to clearly feature the verified creator, and a fully AI-generated account is no longer within the rules. If you read an older version of this page, the section on fully AI creators no longer applies.
Does OnlyFans allow AI content?
Yes, but only AI content of the verified creator. The OnlyFans Terms of Use (last updated October 2026) allow content "generated, altered, or enhanced by artificial intelligence" only if "it clearly features the verified Creator", carries "a signifier such as #ai, or #AIGenerated", and "is in keeping with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy." The Help Centre lists "accounts or content that are wholly AI-generated" as content you cannot share, so a fully AI persona is not allowed. The Acceptable Use Policy separately bans "Any explicit image of another person without their consent including an artificially generated image."
The three rules, quoted word for word
1. AI content must clearly feature you, the verified creator
The Terms of Use set three conditions for any content made, edited or enhanced with AI. The first is that it clearly features the verified Creator: the person who passed OnlyFans' identity verification for the account. The second is a visible label such as #ai or #AIGenerated. A label on its own is not enough; all three conditions apply.

2. Wholly AI-generated accounts and content are not allowed
OnlyFans' content moderation guide lists what you cannot share. One item covers creators whose identity OnlyFans cannot verify, and it names wholly AI-generated accounts and content, and heavily altered images, as examples. An invented AI persona is not the verified creator, so labeling it #ai does not bring it within the rules.

3. Never generate another real person
Deepfakes of celebrities, other creators, an ex, anyone: the Acceptable Use Policy names artificially generated images explicitly. Under its harassment rules it also bans "the sharing of non-consensual, fake or manipulated intimate images".

Will my account get banned for posting AI content?
It can be, if the AI content breaks the rules above. The OnlyFans Help Centre article on AI content ends with this warning: "If you do not follow these guidelines, you will be in breach of OnlyFans' Terms of Service and risk your content, and your account, being deactivated." AI content that clearly features you and carries an #ai label is within the rules. A fully AI persona is not: the same Help Centre article opens with "All content posted on OnlyFans must belong to a verified Creator."
FansCreator does not post to OnlyFans for you. You download what you generate and publish it yourself, so every post goes through your own review, including the #ai label.
Within the rules
- AI images and videos that clearly feature you, the verified creator, labeled #ai or #AIGenerated
- AI-altered or AI-enhanced versions of your own photos and videos, labeled, as long as they still clearly show you
Can get content or accounts deactivated
- A fully AI persona: the Help Centre lists "accounts or content that are wholly AI-generated"
- Content that "features heavily altered images"
- AI posts with no #ai or #AIGenerated signifier
- Explicit AI images of any real person who hasn't consented: celebrities, other creators, anyone
- Selling AI output as real photos: the AUP bans "misleading descriptions of media or account information"
- Explicit content featuring anyone who hasn't completed onboarding or a release form
- Scraping or collecting data from OnlyFans content, or using it to train AI
How to label AI content on OnlyFans
- Put #ai or #AIGenerated in the caption of every AI post. The Terms require that "a User can clearly tell that the Content is AI Generated Content", so put the tag at the start of the caption, not at the end of a long hashtag block.
- The clause covers content "generated, altered, or enhanced by artificial intelligence", not only fully generated images. AI retouching, AI backgrounds and AI edits to a real photo all count, so label them.
- A label does not rescue content that no longer clearly shows you. The Help Centre lists content that "features heavily altered images" among the things you cannot share, whether or not it is labeled.
- When you are not sure, ask OnlyFans before posting. The Help Centre says: "If you are not sure if something is allowed, just ask us by emailing support@onlyfans.com." (source)
What about fully AI creators?
They are not allowed on OnlyFans under the current rules. The Terms of Use only allow AI content that "clearly features the verified Creator", and the Help Centre lists "accounts or content that are wholly AI-generated" as content you cannot share. A persona with an invented face does not feature the person who verified the account, however clearly it is labeled.
This is a change. Until October 5, 2026, this page said a fully AI persona run from a verified account and labeled #ai was allowed, because the AI clause we quoted then asked for a label and compliance with the Terms, but did not require the content to feature the verified creator. The current Terms of Use add the requirement that AI content clearly features the verified creator.
Agencies and teams: the Terms keep the account owner responsible for everything on the account. "If you are a Creator and a third-party assists you with the management or operation of your Creator account, this does not affect your legal responsibility." (Terms of Use, Content – general terms)
Other platforms set different rules. Fanvue says "AI creators are a fully recognised and verified category on Fanvue. Every AI creator account goes through the same verification process as human creators". MYM allows AI accounts with disclosure: "The AI Badge allows you to inform Users/Subscribers that your account consists of AI-generated content." Fansly does not allow photorealistic AI at all: "Photorealistic AI-generated content is not allowed on Fansly. Additionally, labeling content as AI-generated does not make photorealistic or lifelike AI content permissible." Its terms name "deepfakes, face-swapped content, or synthetic media designed to appear as real humans".
Scraping and AI training on OnlyFans content
The Terms of Use contain two bans that matter to anyone working with AI: collecting data from Content, and using Content to train AI. In the Terms, "Content" means "any material Uploaded to OnlyFans by any User".
The Acceptable Use Policy bans scraping and downloading as well, and the Help Centre puts it plainly: "Copying or downloading content from OnlyFans is a breach of our Terms of Service." (Can I download or copy content from OnlyFans?)
