OnlyFans never published a standalone "AI policy" document — the rules are spread across its Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. This page pulls the exact clauses together, quotes them word for word, and translates them into what you can and cannot post. No paraphrased ban myths, no year-old screenshots.
Does OnlyFans allow AI content?
Yes. OnlyFans allows AI-generated content, and its Terms of Service regulate it rather than prohibit it. Three conditions apply: the account must belong to a real, identity-verified person; AI-generated posts must be clearly captioned with a signifier such as #ai or #AIGenerated; and the content must never depict another real person without their consent. Accounts get banned for breaking the labeling and consent rules — not for using AI.
The three rules, quoted from the actual Terms of Service
1. A verified human must be behind the account
Every OnlyFans account is anchored to a real person who passed identity verification. Anyone appearing in explicit content must either be the onboarded creator or have signed a release. An AI persona is fine — but it runs on an account verified by you, its operator. There is no such thing as an anonymous, unverified AI account.

2. AI content must be labeled — visibly
This is the clause most creators have never read — and the easiest rule to break without noticing. Put #ai or #AIGenerated in the caption of every AI-generated post, where it can be seen — not buried at the end of a hashtag block.

3. Never generate another real person
Deepfakes of celebrities, other creators, an ex, anyone — this is the fastest route to a permanent ban, and in many jurisdictions a crime. The AUP names artificially generated images explicitly, and separately bans fake or manipulated intimate images under its harassment rules.

Will my account get banned for posting AI content?

How to label AI content on OnlyFans
- Put #ai or #AIGenerated in the caption of every AI-generated post — at the start, where it is "clearly and conspicuously" visible, as the Terms of Use require.
- Label anything AI materially generated or changed: fully generated images and video, generated backgrounds, altered bodies, scenes that never happened on camera.
- The Terms regulate "AI Generated Content" — routine post-production like color grading, skin smoothing, or upscaling is not what the clause describes. When a post sits in the gray zone, label it; a redundant #ai tag costs nothing, a missing one can cost the account.
