- Keep originals, tags and records in one master library you control; use each platform's vault only as the last step before posting.
- Tag every file by source (shot, AI of the creator, AI persona), rating and the platforms where it is allowed. AI persona files never go to OnlyFans, and photorealistic AI never goes to Fansly.
- OnlyFans says content cannot be downloaded or copied from it and has no public API, so originals and schedules start outside it.
- Fanvue and Fansly both offer vault folders or albums and built-in post scheduling.

Managing media across several subscription accounts works best with one master library you control, plus each platform's own vault and scheduler used only as a delivery shelf. The master library holds the originals, the tags and the records. The platform vaults hold copies of what is about to be posted or sold.

That split matters more now that AI content is part of most libraries. A file that is fine on Fanvue can be against the rules on OnlyFans or Fansly, so every file needs a tag that says what it is and where it may go. Platform details below come from each platform's own help pages, read on 5 October 2026.

## Why the platform vault cannot be your master copy

Each platform stores what you upload, but none of them is a good archive for a multi-account operation.

- **Files are spread across accounts.** Ten accounts means ten vaults, each with its own search and folders.
- **Getting files back out is limited.** OnlyFans says content [cannot be downloaded or copied](https://onlyfans.com/help/258/263/271) from OnlyFans, and that doing so breaches its Terms of Service. Your originals need to live somewhere else from the start.
- **Records belong with you.** The OnlyFans [Terms of Use](https://onlyfans.com/terms) say a creator agrees "to act as custodian of records for all Content you Upload".

So keep the originals, the AI tags and the consent records in storage you control, and treat each platform vault as the last step before posting.

## Tag every file with what it is and where it may go

Before folder names and pricing, every file needs three tags.

| Tag | Values | Why it matters |
| :--- | :--- | :--- |
| **Source** | Shot, AI of the creator, AI persona | Decides which platforms can take it |
| **Rating** | SFW, explicit | Decides feed, PPV or social teaser |
| **Allowed on** | OnlyFans, Fanvue, MYM, Fansly, socials | Stops the wrong file reaching the wrong account |

The "allowed on" tag follows the platforms' AI rules:

- **OnlyFans** allows AI content only if "it clearly features the verified Creator" and carries "a signifier such as #ai, or #AIGenerated", per the [Terms of Use](https://onlyfans.com/terms) and [its Help Centre](https://onlyfans.com/help/196/205/211). The [moderation guide](https://onlyfans.com/help/196/205/206) lists "accounts or content that are wholly AI-generated" and content that "features heavily altered images" among what cannot be shared. An AI persona file is never tagged for OnlyFans.
- **Fanvue** allows fully AI-generated content with a "clear and prominent" disclosure, per [its AI content article](https://help.fanvue.com/en/articles/9538738-is-ai-content-allowed-on-fanvue).
- **MYM** asks for "Virtual Image", #AI or #AIgenerated, per [its AI content guide](https://support.mym.fans/hc/en-us/articles/14997634314524-AI-Generated-Content-on-MYM-What-You-Need-to-Know).
- **Fansly** says "Photorealistic AI-generated content is not allowed", even when labelled, per [its AI content article](https://help.fansly.com/en/articles/12315578-ai-generated-content-on-fansly). Photorealistic AI files are never tagged for Fansly.

## A folder structure that scales

Use the same tree for every creator, so anyone on the team can find a file in any account.

- `creator-name/`
  - `2026-10/`
    - `feed/`
    - `ppv/`
    - `teasers/`
    - `customs/`
  - `references/` (the photos the AI identity was built from)
  - `records/` (consent forms, posting log)

Name files by date, use and index, for example `2026-10-07_feed_gym_01.jpg`. Put the tags in a spreadsheet or in your storage tool's metadata, not only in the file name, so you can filter by "AI, explicit, allowed on Fanvue" in one step.

## Track the status of every file

A status column stops the same set being sold twice to the same fan, or posted twice on the same wall.

1. **Ready.** Approved, tagged and labelled, not yet used.
2. **Posted.** Published on a feed, with the date and account.
3. **Sold.** Sent as PPV, with the price and the fan segment.
4. **Retired.** No longer in use.

Update the status when the file goes out, not at the end of the week.

## Using each platform's vault

Once a file is ready, upload it to the platform where it will be posted. Both Fanvue and Fansly describe their vaults in detail.

**Fanvue.** The [Fanvue Vault](https://help.fanvue.com/en/articles/9545667-vault-your-creator-s-content-storage) stores everything you upload, visible only to you, with default folders for images, videos and audio and your own custom folders. You can post, schedule or share vault media in messages, including PPV and mass messages.

**Fansly.** The [Fansly Media Vault](https://help.fansly.com/en/articles/12835826-your-media-vault) saves every upload automatically and lets you create custom albums whose names are only visible to you. Fansly suggests uploading to the vault ahead of time so media can finish processing before you share it.

**OnlyFans.** Its Help Centre pages that we could read do not describe vault folders, so mirror your master structure as closely as your account allows, and rely on the master library for search and records.

Mirror the master library's folder names in each vault. The same "2026-10 ppv" folder in your storage, on Fanvue and on Fansly saves time when you look for a file under pressure.

## Scheduling posts across accounts

Scheduling is done inside each platform. OnlyFans offers no public route for outside tools: its Help Centre says [OnlyFans does not have a public facing API](https://onlyfans.com/help/196/205/213).

- **Fanvue** lets you [schedule posts](https://help.fanvue.com/en/articles/9539637-scheduling-posts) from the post composer or from a Queue page with a calendar view, uploading from your device or vault.
- **Fansly** has [post scheduling](https://help.fansly.com/en/articles/12328724-post-scheduling) through the calendar icon in the composer and a Scheduled Post Queue for edits.

Plan the month in your master library first, then enter the schedule platform by platform. Write the captions, including the AI labels, while you plan, so scheduling becomes copy and paste.

## Tiers and access by platform

The way you sort content by price differs, because the platforms sell it differently.

- **OnlyFans** has one [subscription price](https://onlyfans.com/help/196/217/218) per account, between $4.99 and $50 a month, or a free account that earns through PPV and messages. [Paid messages](https://onlyfans.com/help/196/217/220) run from $3 to $100. Sort PPV folders by price band within that range.
- **Fansly** offers subscription tiers, and its [permissions](https://help.fansly.com/en/articles/10544380-permissions-on-fansly) let you limit media to specific tiers, followers, tippers, a one-time price or a private list. Tag files by the tier they belong to.
- **Fanvue** lets you set a post for subscribers only or for followers and subscribers, and [price a post](https://help.fanvue.com/en/articles/7860554-how-do-i-set-a-price-for-a-post) between $3 and $500.

## Filling the library with AI content

AI generation keeps the library from running dry between shoots, as long as each file is tagged for the platforms where it is allowed. FansCreator generates images and video that keep one face and body across sets. For a real creator, start from their own original photos, not files taken from OnlyFans: its Terms prohibit tools "designed to collect any data or information from Content" and using Content to train AI systems. For a persona built from scratch, tag every file for Fanvue or MYM only. The steps are in [how to create an AI influencer](/how-to-create-an-ai-influencer).

Generate images with the [NSFW AI image generator](/nsfw-ai-image-generator), animate the best ones with the [NSFW AI video generator](/nsfw-ai-video-generator), then upscale, scrub metadata and download in the format each platform needs. Every face has to be the creator's own, their own AI persona's, or that of a person whose consent you can prove, as our [Terms of Use](/terms) require. FansCreator does not schedule or post: the files go into your master library, and you take it from there.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I use the OnlyFans vault as my main archive?

It is safer not to. OnlyFans says content cannot be downloaded or copied from the platform, and creators act as custodian of records for what they upload. Keep originals and records in storage you control.

### Can I schedule posts on Fanvue and Fansly?

Yes. Fanvue schedules posts from the composer or its Queue page, and Fansly schedules them from the composer with a Scheduled Post Queue for edits.

### Which AI files can go on which platform?

OnlyFans takes AI content only if it clearly features the verified creator, labelled #ai or #AIGenerated. Fanvue and MYM take fully AI personas with their labels. Fansly does not allow photorealistic AI content.
